A nourishing evening practice to close your day.
A 60 minute hatha style slow flow incoporating breath with movement and plenty of spaciousness to lead into rest.
Although slow, some movements may become more dynamic and you are invited to listen to your own body and to rest or take options as much as you need.
Some props might also be supportive for this session and you can use whatever you have at home to make your space comfortable including cushions, blankets and block (or books!).
Once you register, you will receive a separate email with Zoom meeting details and further information about joining the class. Please allow 24 hours to receive this email. I recommend checking your spam folder if you do not receive your confirmation ahead of class.
Please ensure you register at least 1 hour before class to confirm your place and to receive access to the session.
Discounted passes are available for those who are part of the Soul Space community who have been practicing regularly at the studio. If you are experience financial hardship, dedicated positions are available at no cost. Please reach out if you would like to request one of these spaces.
